The Supply Chain Manager will:
- Lead market analysis across corporate housing, serviced apartments, and relocation accommodation providers, identifying and onboarding new suppliers aligned to business needs
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing management within the corporate housing supply chain
- Assist with contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial terms and service quality
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and development of client-ready materials related to relocation housing solutions
- Investigate and resolve performance issues in line with escalation procedures and ISO 9001 standards
- Organise and lead supplier review meetings and monthly performance calls across multiple regions
- Coordinate supplier pricing, rate negotiations, and new business pricing requests
Experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in supply chain management within corporate housing, serviced apartments or relocation services
- Strong understanding of supplier management, contract negotiation, and performance management frameworks
- Experience working with global supplier networks and managing stakeholders across multiple regions
- Knowledge of service level agreements, KPIs, and quality standards such as ISO 9001
- Some travel may be required
