Relocation Account Manager UK

Alchemy is partnering exclusively with a Global Relocation provider in their search for an Account Manager to join their team.

The Relocation Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a dedicated client portfolio. Serving as a relocation subject matter expert and key point of contact for service delivery, you'll arrange and manage client reviews to ensure client satisfaction at all time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Foster and develop relationships with key client accounts

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-selling additional services such as relocation, destination services, moving, immigration, global mobility etc.

  • Lead and manage client reviews and reporting 

  • Act as Relocation SME for clients 

  • Conduct regular service delivery calls to ensure satisfaction 

  • Support the preparation of bids and tenders 

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure quality, consistency and continuous improvement of service Maintain an excellent understanding of market competition to ensure services as competitive 

  • Proactively develop client base through understanding client relocation requirements and objectives

  • Support decision-making processes in relation to sales, tender management, service delivery, resource management, marketing, finance and systems

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of client relocation needs and expectations

  • Partner with the Relocation department to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery 

  • Develop improvements in processes and procedures 

  • Monitor service provision through management reporting systems and liaison with the Quality department

  • Assist client escalations as required

Skills and experience required

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Relocation Consultant or Client Account Manager 

  • Sound knowledge of the relocation and/or global mobility sector 

  • Strong client-facing experience working with Corporate accounts

  • Excellent relationship management and account development experience 

  • Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Ability to increase revenue through excellent service delivery

  • Understanding of corporate procurement processes

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An innovative approach to work with motivation and enthusiasm 

  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
