Fine Art Project Manager

Our client, a global Fine Art Logistics organisation, is looking to hire a Fine Art Project Manager to join their team in New York.

The Fine Art Project Manager, will deal with Client Accounts across the business, whilst developing further business within the Fine Art industry. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
  • Act as a point of contact for logistical projects, and liaise with clients from start to finish 
  • Carry out general management of Fine Art projects and Client Accounts 
  • Keeping all Fine Art client records up to date including; inventory reports, service request records, invoices and payment history, and service agreements and leases
  • Development of art client relationships to help increase and expand service work
  • Assist with estimations, production orders and invoices 
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Team regarding property shipments, and advise clients on delays 
  • Be the main point of contact for all client requests and inquiries related to Fine Art 
  • Input relevant information regarding clients into the CRM system 
  • Manage client's projects, integrating various team members and stakeholders to accomplish the work
  • Liaise with other management departments to ensure a cohesive working environment
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and up to date

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong knowledge of the Fine Art market environment
  • A good understanding of international freight and shipping
  • Previous experience in Fine Art and Customer Service 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Fully comprehensive with the Microsoft Office package
