APAC Business Immigration Consultant

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an APAC Business Immigration Consultant to join a global immigration provider in Singapore.

Our client is open to candidates with either APAC wide or country specific inbound Corporate Business Immigration experience that is interested in broadening their immigration knowledge.

The role comes with a hybrid working structure & competitive salary.

Scope of the role:
  • To manage immigration cases from start to finish across the APAC region 
  • To partner with Clients as their go-to point of contract regarding visa and immigration queries
  • To maintain and ensure compliance 
  • To foster relationships with new and existing Clients in need of immigration assistance 
Role requirements:
  • Strong experience and knowledge of visa and immigration processing for the Asia Pacific region
  • Previous experience handling immigration cases from start to completion
  • Ability to develop professional relationships
  • Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ideally, hold a Law Degree or have over 3 years of APAC immigration experience
  • A positive and motivated attitude with a keen interest in the legal and immigration field
  • Singaporean permanent resident (no sponsorship is available)
Main responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed consultative advice to corporate Clients on visa and immigration requirements 
  • Ability to ensure compliance applicable to immigration legal regulations 
  • Partner with Clients as their direct contact for APAC immigration 
  • Handle Client escalations and queries in a professional manner 
  • Support the wider teams as the regional subject matter expert
  • Maintain business standards and meet SLA’s 
  • Stay up to date on changes in policy and Law
