Apparel Client Associate/Driver

Job Description

We are working with a well-established premier storage company who are looking for a Apparel Client Associate/Driver to join their expanding team based in Los Angeles.

A successful candidate should have three years of experience within driving around Los Angeles with a proven history of exceptional customer service alongside the ability to manage various deliveries.


  • Demonstrate safe driving skills whilst making multiple collections and deliveries daily within the area
  • Ensure proper handling of garments and other fashion-related objects, adhering to all company handling guidelines
  • Careful preparation and execution of any inventory related paperwork and ensuring all items are organized and accounted for
  • Ensure proper separation of inbound items whilst efficiently processing them
  • Demonstrate accuracy of all outbound deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service when working within a client’s personal home
  • Communicate with colleagues regarding any changes within the day-to-day schedule, client information, conditions of clothing items or any other information that needs communicating
  • When needed support the warehouse and photography
  • Work and liaise your manager to ensure high quality outcome for all projects and assigned tasks

Qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to drive commercially in the Los Angeles area
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Be comfortable and able occasionally having to lift, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist alongside the ability to pull and push 150 pounds with a dolly or cart
  • Be comfortable and able to move 50 pounds unaided
  • Provide outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
