Business Development Director - Corporate Housing / Relocation Services

We're seeking experienced Business Development Directors - Corporate Housing in Boston, MA and Washington DC.

This position is an outside sales role, responsible for hunting and generating revenue, and selling corporate housing solutions to the local market.

This position will suit a skilled business developer who has good experience within Relocation Services, Corporate Accommodation or Serviced Apartments and possesses an established professional network.

Core duties of the Business Development Director - Corporate Housing role:
  • Successfully identifying and winning new business
  • Sourcing and hunting prospective clients
  • Locating key stakeholder decision-makers to sell corporate accommodation solutions to multinational companies.
  • Constantly developing a network and pipeline of prospective clients with global corporate relocation and/or accommodation requirements
  • Acting as a brand ambassador to promote corporate housing business at events
  • Fostering professional relationships with multinational organisations
  • Consulting on services and understanding client requirements to use a solutions-based sales approach
  • Handling the full sales life-cycle from prospecting through to closing the deal
  • Stay updated on competitor market intelligence and industry trends for the relocation and corporate housing sectors.
  • Deliver sales reporting
