Business Technology Associate (Remote)

Job Description

We are working with a market-leading organization in New York who are seeking a Business Technology Associate to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks which also includes management of all technology and systems which are essential to the day-to-day running of the business. You will also work across various departments to ensure that all teams are operating in an efficient and effective way to meet the tech infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general IT support for the company
  • Manage all IT devices and cell phones
  • Work alongside third-party IT support companies and be the main point of contact to coordinate/ oversee all IT-related projects
  • In a timely manner ensuring all incoming departmental invoices are processed and coded
  • Use Netsuite to review procedures and find different ways to update the system for all departments
  • Develop searches and reports for all departments within the business
  • Provide data reports when requested by different departments
  • Ensure system setup to ensure everything is working
  • Assist with the development of a department ticketing system to provide support and track progress
  • Support the system set up for all new hires and facilities
  • Provide assistance for the in-house system
  • Provide general customer service support

Qualifications:

  • Previous IT experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong Excell experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Be a focused individual with good attention to detail
  • Previous professional experience using NetSuite is preferred
