Client Experience Technician

Job Description

We are working alongside a high-end fashion storage company who are looking for a Client Experience Technician to join their expanding team in South Florida.

The ideal candidate should have three years of driving experience in the Florida region, be able to handle several deliveries, and exhibit exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate safe driving skills whilst completing daily deliveries and multiple collections.
  • Ensure you are following and adhering to all handling guidelines whilst ensuring proper handling of the garments and fashion-related items.
  • Carefully prepare and execute all inventory related paperwork
  • Ensuring all items are accounted for and organized.
  • Separate inbound items whilst processing the items efficiently
  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately deal with outbound deliveries
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service when working within a client’s property
  • Show you can communicate with colleagues regarding any changes within the day-to-day schedule, important client information, and the conditions of the clothing items
  • From time to time support the warehouse and photography teams
  • Liaise with your manager to ensure high standard outcomes for all projects and assigned tasks

Qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to drive commercially in the Florida region
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to occasionally having to lift, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist alongside the ability to pull and push 150 pounds with a dolly or cart
  • Ability to be able to move 50 pounds unaided
  • Provide and demonstrate strong communication skills with both colleagues and customers
  • Ensure your providing and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and showing attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
