Client Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are working with one of the world’s leading professional services firm, in the search for a Client Data Analyst to join their team in Nyon! The goal for this position is to work in the Client Operations Team and be a part of their Europe-wide data solutions ensuring quality reward data and aiding client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and training to clients on the collection and submission of data, survey platforms, simplifying compensation surveys, and survey support
- Adhere to all data submission timelines with a high standard
- Punctually invoice clients
- Knowledge on the difficulties and best practices of data gathering, handling and nuances
- Continuing the relationships with current clients and ensuring they are given the highest level of standards
- Collaborate with colleagues all over the world to correctly manage client relationships
- Compose and review materials for meetings and conferences
- Assist in general customer surveys and projects with advisory and data service projects/prospects
- Help colleagues better understand of the reward solution capability
Skills:
- Highly proficient skills using Microsoft Excel
- Expertise with the use of compensation/benefits surveys
- Proven knowledge of data analysis, surveys, and reporting
- Track record of creating and presenting reports in a clear and incisive way to a range of people
- Strong client services attitude
- Work well within a team
- Highly analytical mindset
- Outstanding communicational skills
- Management of both processes and competing priorities
