Client Services Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Global Relocation Client Services Manager to join our client, a global mobility and relocation services provider.

Responsibilities of the Global Relocation Client Services Manager:

  • Full overall responsibility for client services for a dedicated client portfolio
  • Meeting with the client to discuss and document the performance of the overall service
  • Staying up to date with client requirements regarding their global mobility and relocation needs
  • Initiating and conducting formal client reviews every quarter with the relocation services team and with the corporate client
  • Partnering with the client to help identify solutions regarding their relocation and mobility programme difficulties, including both operational and policy-related challenges
  • Ensures the smooth transfer of new clients, both those managed directly by the Client Service Manager and those assisted by other team members
  • Notifying management of any client issues/challenges and recommending remedies
  • Communicating with clients about additional service possibilities and the value these services would offer to their relocation programme
  • Assisting with ongoing relationship management, collaborating with Global Relocation and Mobility Counselors to further guarantee account success
  • Billing and assisting in identifying and resolving issue areas (internal and with the client)
  • Assisting and leading client service agreement renegotiation and/or renewal
  • Compiling clients reports; including the annual client survey

Skills required:

  • Ideally 5 years + experience in International and/or Domestic Relocation and Global Mobility
  • Previous experience working for a Relocation Management Company in a client services role
  • Sound understanding of international mobility and assignment services
  • Confident to work remotely as well as on-site with a corporate client
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advance IT skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel for client meetings
  • GMS and CRP certification is an advantage
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
