Client Services Manager, Relocation & Mobility

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Services Manager, Mobility & Relocation to work remotely in the UK. Some travel to the office may be required for team meetings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the International Mobility & Relocation team
  • Oversee a team of Mobility & Relocation Consultants, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, review client needs and provide advice to add value to their global mobility program
  • Oversee Destination Services, Household Goods Moving, Temporary Accommodation, Visa & Immigration and Tax & Compensation
  • Regularly attend client meetings to build and maintain excellent relationships and to discuss any issues
  • Train and coach the Mobility & Relocation team, upskilling where possible to create a high performing team
  • Work closely with clients to understand their talent mobility goals and make policy recommendations as needed
  • Review data to monitor performance to ensure excellent service delivery, identifying and making improvements where possible

Main Requirements:

  • Over 3 years Client Services, Account Management or Service Delivery experience gained in the Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Assignment Services
  • Extensive knowledge of Relocation & Global Mobility with the ability to understand talent mobility needs and global mobility policies  
  • Experience managing and coaching employees
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor degree preferred
