Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking to hire a skilled Communications Manager to join their thriving Guildford based team. They are offering a competitive salary with agile working structures available!

The Communications Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director across global hubs with the view to add value globally.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and posses strong project management skills.

Communications Manager Key Duties:

  • Be responsible for Global brand reputation, as well as planning and delivering internal & external marketing campaigns
  • Carry out strategic communication and content planning across all Social Media channels
  • Edit and execute corporate campaigns
  • Measure impact and ROI across all channels and marketing campaigns
  • Offer support to PR/Media relations as required
  • Carry out internal communications and campaigns to ensure a cohesive work culture
  • Provide information cascades internally and oversee their development

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working with agencies and stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Working proficiencies with digital marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Social Media Platforms
  • High level of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Effective time management skills, with a positive and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
  • CIM or other Marketing Qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • Professional experience working globally is also desirable
