European Moves Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a European Household Goods Moving Specialist to join our clients international / EU move management team.

Fluency in either French or German or another European language would be highly advantageous.

You'll manage the door to door household goods moving process for EU moves.

Duties include:

  • Managing the EU household goods moving process from start to finish
  • Deliver high standards of client services
  • Maintaining relationships with corporate clients
  • Serve as main point of contact for the relocating assignee through their entire households moving process
  • Share shipment invoices 
  • Responding to client and assignee move queries 
  • Obtain best rates and pricing for moves from suppliers 

Experience required:

  • International household goods move coordination experience 
  • Good knowledge of shipping, logistics and freight forwarding processes
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills
