Events Manager

Job Description

Alchemy is thrilled to be working with an established art organization in New York searching for an Events Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the arts and experience in events planning to join an incredible team. 
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Marketing & Design teams regarding all private, public, and virtual events
  • Co-ordinating all logistics, communicating with vendors, contractors, and any freelance staff
  • Responsible for all on-site logistics during events
  • Working with the Client Development team for invitations and post-event reports

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning both public and private events in the arts sector 
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable writing skills 
  • BA or Masters degree in a related field
