Collections Manager

We are partnering with one of the market leaders in Fine Art Shipping and Storage within the state of Texas!

The company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team as a Fine Art Collections Manager. The role offers a mixture of traditional Registrar and Shipping duties, as well as active participation in overseeing the storage, installations and warehouse work at the site.


  • Oversee the company’s warehouse inventory, regularly developing and completing additional projects.
  • Manage the movement, packing and storage or various artworks and items on-site, while keeping records of their condition.
  • Tracks and record of all new objects arriving and leaving the warehouse and complete checks of the inventory regularly.
  • Decide on the estimated pricing figures for items in storage and conduct the billing of storage jobs.
  • Produce report for the company’s clients and manage important projects, while collaborating with colleagues from the Projects and Operations departments.


  • Proven experience in art registration or relevant museum or gallery work.
  • Attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment and execute duties in a time efficient manner.
  • Previous experience in or around handling art objects and knowledge of the best practices in the industry.
  • Understanding of and ability to execute working with sensitive information, including transactions and client interactions.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy and ability to utilise standard office software.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Art, History or other relevant fields is highly desirable.
