Alchemy is currently partnering with one of the world’s most renowned computer software companies in their search for a Global benefits Coordinator to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be an individual who strives for results and approach problems thoughtfully, iteratively, and sympathetically.

You have a strong emphasis on precision, a sharp eye for detail, and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, and crucially, find people-focused worked both thrilling and gratifying.


  • Assist with daily benefit administration.
  • Serve as a first point of contact and constant resource for all EMEA benefits inquiries.
  • Managing the wellness initiatives for employees in the UK.
  • Assists with benefit renewals and UK annual enrolment.
  • Interacting with insurance and pension providers on the company's and the workers' behalf.
  • Organises activities for the whole workplace that focus on perks.
  • Providing support for payroll reporting and inquiries.
  • Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Mobility, and Finance.


  • Capacity to exhibit excellent intuition and empathy while interacting with colleagues and developing solutions to difficulties that are people focused.
  • Capable at working both alone and collectively, deal with uncertainty, and solve open-ended issues.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to provide staff high-quality assistance in a considerate and diplomatic manner.
  • Provide and accept criticism and refine initiatives to improve employee experience.


  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
  • HRIS/Benefits administration using Workday.
  • Proven record of managing vendors.
  • Prior employment with expertise in benefits and human resources.
