Global Mobility Administrator
Job Description
Our client, a global business is looking to hire a Global Mobility Administrator to join their Global Mobility team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Support to the global mobility and relocation team with administration tasks
- Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
- Review cost estimates and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and track assignment documentation
- Work closely with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and to assist with other tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in the International Assignment/Global Mobility or Relocation industry
- Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Excel
