Global Mobility Specialist

Alchemy is partnering exclusively with a renowned international mobility provider in the search for a key client Global Mobility Specialist.

The Global Mobility Specialist will serve directly as the global mobility and relocation subject matter expert and point of contact for a key Technology client.

Full time remote working from home available in UK.

Key duties of the Global Mobility Specialist include:

  • Serving as the global mobility specialist and direct point of contact for a key Technology client account

  • Managing the international relocation processes for high level corporate executives and VIPs

  • Delivering client relocation policy and programs to assignees across EMEA

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of client global mobility and relocation policy 

  • Project management of the delivery of global mobility services not limited to; relocation management, destination services, immigration, language and intercultural training, serviced apartments etc.

  • Partnering to develop and implement client specific plans and service strategies with the regional lead to ensure revenue, volume and profit goals

  • Liaising with the EMEA Mobility team to ensure high level client expectations

  • Maintain and enhance client account relationship by professional communication with stakeholders and global assignees 

  • Collecting and presenting account feedback on products, service delivery, operational processes and issues disrupting client goals

  • Ensure that client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of excellent service

  • Participating in special projects as needed, including client presentations and vendor training

  • Regular interaction will vendor partners to ensure successful delivery

  • Continued engagement with client stakeholders and executive assignees 

  • Recording relocation policy exceptions and communicate trends whilst recommending actions to reduce costs/add value

Requirements and experience:

  • 5 years + experience working in Relocation, International Mobility and/or Assignment Management

  • Advanced knowledge of international relocation policies and programs 

  • Ability to serve as mobility subject matter expert partnering with a key Technology client

  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines 

  • Superior customer service and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to think and work strategically and make decisions

  • Natural ability to problem solve 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Advance IT skills

  • Cultural awareness 

  • Team oriented
