(Graduate) Executive Assistant

Job Description

Alchemy is looking to hire a graduate to fulfil the role of Executive Assistant to work alongside the Director.

This is a full-time permanent role. Training will be provided.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Email inbox management

  • Diary management and scheduling

  • Taking minutes in meetings

  • General Personal Assistant (PA) tasks (posting, ordering and collecting items, making reservations etc.)

  • Booking company events and conferences

  • Liaising with clients and candidates

  • Coordinating recruitment processes

  • Responding to enquiries

  • Preparing documents and emails

  • Coordinating interview booking requests

  • Recording data

  • Managing the CRM

  • Scheduling calendar invites across global time zones

  • Conducting screening call on behalf of the Director

  • Issuing client invoices

  • Providing daily administrative support

  • Research projects

What we are looking for:

  • Degree level at 2:1 level or above (essential)

  • Highly organised with an eye for detail

  • Capable of handling a varied workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing go the extra mile to get the job done

  • Ability to work smart using technology and procedure for process management

  • Strong IT skills using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Broad corporate vocabulary and excellent grammar

  • Excellent timekeeping and able to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines

  • Ability to foster professional relationships

  • Excellent memory

This role will be office based in Braintree, Essex with some flexibility for hybrid working.
