HR Advisor

Job Description

We are partnering with a leading organization company who are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their team based in Dover.

The purpose of the HR Advisor is to be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HR function, including the end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all end-to-end leaver processes to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframes, from authority to recruit to employee onboarding, including assisting with and developing recruitment strategies
  • Employee benefit systems management
  • Build solid employee relationships and respond to any inquiries or concerns
  • Use HR information systems to access, enter, and assemble data and perform data analysis to discover patterns
  • Meet deadlines, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Keep track of important HR indicators including turnover and retention rates, absence, recruitment costs, and time to hire
  • Assist the Group HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD level 3  ideally level 5
  • At least two years of experience in HR in a commercial organization
  • Comfortable doing HR transactional work
  • Worked with candidates at all levels
  • HR experience including employment law knowledge
  • Experience of fast paced organisations
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
