HR Advisor

Job Description

Our client, a major removal company in the UK is seeking a HR advisor to join their administration team based in their Northwest London office.

  • Give managers advice and direction on how to apply corporate removal policies and procedures so that they are applied consistently and appropriately with regard to disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies, maternity leaves, and absences.
  • Handle monthly UK payroll and pensions.
  • Removal administration and other HR procedures.
  • Management of all removal HR activities, including transfers under the TUPE, inductions, and resignations, managing maternity leave and absences.
  • Ensure adherence to the most recent employment laws.
  • Coordinating payroll payments, such as SSP, holiday pay, and new joiners, leavers, and any one-time payments for the removal company.
  • Maintain the HR database and give regular updates on sick days and holiday to the senior management team.
  • Handle removal HR tasks as instructed by the Group Head of HR.

  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient.
