Immigration Client Services Consultant

Job Description

We are partnering with an international immigration provider in their search for an Immigration Client Services Consultant to join their team in Singapore.

You will support the Immigration Client Services Managers to ensure that client relationships are built and maintained, to ensure successful service delivery throughout the immigration process.

Duties of the Immigration Client Services Consultant

  • Establish, develop and sustain positive and supportive relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service delivery and repeat business
  • Help the Immigration Consultants to identify suitable solutions to any issues or more complex cases
  • Ensure that the client is aware of the immigration procedure and what it entails, walking them through each stage of the process when needed
  • Support the Client Services Manager with client reviews, reporting and meetings as required
  • Work with the clients to ensure legal compliance throughout the immigration process
  • Stay updated on any legal changes to immigration/visas; mitigating any potential implications for clients
  • Identify areas for improvement within processes and procedures and implement them accordingly
  • Understand the client SLAs and ensure all the Immigration Case Managers adhere to this, providing guidance and training if necessary

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3+ years Immigration experience either at an Immigration Provider, RMC or Inhouse
  • Strong client services, client engagement and relationship management experience
  • Ability to think strategically ensuring the best possible immigration solutions & customer service are provided
  • Experience liaising with clients globally
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong reporting experience
