Immigration Client Support Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Immigration Client Support Advisor to join our client in Singapore.

This position will be responsible for servicing as an immigration subject matter expert accountable for the following.
  • Client Services
  • Client Relationship Management 
  • Team Support & Operations
  • Strategy 

Client Services & Relationship Management
  • Provide client engagement support, proactively developing relationships key corporate clients
  • Develop client partnerships to become a trusted advisor to corporate clients on immigration service delivery and immigration compliance
  • Support clients through the immigration process 
  • Identifying best solutions to meet client immigration needs 
  • Participate in the implementation of projects and rollouts
  • Stay updated on law and immigration legislation 
  • Participate in quarterly and annual Client Review meetings 
  • Collaborate with clients to maintain compliance obligations in regional jurisdictions

Team Support & Operations 
  • Identify operational weaknesses or areas for improvement within immigration process and delivery 
  • Ensure clients protocols are recorded and actions 
  • Provide client account specific training to the immigration case management teams as appropriate
  • Support training on immigration service deliver, client reporting, immigration case management, and billing

Strategic thinking 
  • Strategically consider impact of actions and solutions when making decisions
  • Evaluate decisions in strategic context by reviewing and adapting as the context develops and changes
  • Engage with management to develop strategic guidelines

What we are looking for:
  • Ideally 3 years + experience in corporate immigration
  • Prior experience working for a law firm, immigration department, or inhouse immigration function
  • Understanding of immigration case management reporting analytics
  • Good people engagement skills 
  • Able to partner with both internal and external clients 
  • Experience working within a global team, having excellent cultural awareness 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exercises excellent judgement
