International Move Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading brand in the UK removals industry is seeking an International Move Manager to join their busy team based in Maidstone.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that reservations, moves, and queries regarding removals are addressed promptly.
  • Verify that Microsoft Dynamics is updated with information regarding customer removal,and ensure that all pertinent parties are immediately informed.
  • To develop a quick, effective move management approach.
  • Aim to answer as soon as you can emails and requests for removal rates.
  • To provide the finest customer service possible.
  • Pay close attention to the accounting and transit schedules.
  • You must inform the removal sales staff of any potential customers you identify from your assigned customer base so they can develop them as required.
  • Helping the remaining members of the removal team.
  • Attend removal meetings and participate actively in advancing the company's and the removal group's goals in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • While at work, adhere to all H&S norms and company policies.
