International Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Our client, a major company in the UK removal industry, is seeking an International Removal Sales Coordinator to join their successful team.

This is a great chance to build on your existing sales skillset with a proven market leader based in the Watford area.

Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving incoming removal sales inquiries from a variety of channels and platforms, commercially analysing them, and taking suitable action.

  • Complete customer removal questionnaires over the phone, via video call, and online.

  • All removal sales inquiries and quotations must be documented.

  • Customers’ buying criteria are identified.

  • Price jump to see how customers react.

  • Removal sales quotations are accurate thanks to a costing form and table.

  • Margin is calculated using elements such as the removal date, insurance value, competitiveness, and customer trust in the brand.

  • Sales and uplifts in the insurance industry.

  • Introduce new revenue streams from affiliates.

  • Create a quote for the customer and submit it to them.

  • Maintain removal sales records and follow up on all jobs until they are completed.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop suitable sales service standards and to seek out opportunities to improve service.

Skills and requirements:

  • Ideally have experience with removal sales however this is not essential.

  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer literate.

  • Ability to form and sustain connections and relationships.

  • Ability to comprehend both the consumer and the competition.

  • Excellent networking abilities.

  • Market awareness is important.
