Our client, a well-respected brand in the Moving & Relocation industry is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join their busy team in Gennevilliers.

  • Independently run removal client accounts.
  • Assume the responsibility to manage the removal client relationship by collaborating with all parties involved to guarantee the success and growth of accounts.
  • Be the partner of choice for your corporate removal clients.
  • Make sure that the needs of your customers are precisely defined, recognised, and communicated internally.
  • Review your activities for all marketing presentations.
  • Determine removal customer needs so that you may be proactive with new service offerings to expand your portfolio.
  • Find issues and address them.
  • Serve as a point of contact for your removal clients.
  • Empower the group to provide suggestions for system and procedures changes and solutions.
  • Make sure KPIs are established and followed.
  • Pilot calls for tenders (renewals) in collaboration with the marketing division.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers while working with the operational and marketing departments.
  • Manage the writing of bids in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • According to your portfolio, networks, and canvassing prospects, reach out to new potential key removal account customers.
  • Attend official removals conferences (Chambers of Commerce, Embassies' Economic Services, Employers' Organizations and Trade Unions, etc.).
  • Utilize our CRM to update your efforts.

Skills and requirements:
  • Experience in B2B in sales, ideally in the Moving, Relocation or International Mobility sector with HR and Procurement Services.
  • An approachable and personable manner
  • Confident with working, presenting, and writing equally in French and English
  • High level of competency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word. 
  • Be pragmatic, but also ambitious.
