We are working with a Freight Forwarding company who are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team near Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support to the logistics department
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and internal departments
• Liaise with couriers
• Track all freight shipments using internal/external software
• Supporting customers with queries with regards to freight particularly via road
• Resolve any issues that may arise, escalating where required

Requirements:

• 1+ years Logistics Coordination / Freight Forwarding experience required
• Good understanding of customs compliance
• Software experience ideally CargoWise
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
