Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
We are working with a Freight Forwarding company who are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team near Heathrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to the logistics department
- Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and internal departments
- Liaise with couriers
- Track all freight shipments using internal/external software
- Supporting customers with queries with regards to freight particularly via road
- Resolve any issues that may arise, escalating where required
Requirements:
- 1+ years Logistics Coordination / Freight Forwarding experience required
- Good understanding of customs compliance
- Software experience ideally CargoWise
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
