Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are working alongside a global Auction House who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team.

As a Marketing Manager you will be working with a variety of specialist departments, to coordinate and plan marketing campaigns, partnership and live events. This individual will report to the Director of Marketing for North America and liaise daily with both the UK and US teams on the East and Wests Coasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and create close working relationships with stakeholders and departments whilst continuing to keep up knowledge of the business goals.
  • Show leadership skills by leading and implementing all market campaigns for departments and liaising with the Marketing Managers and Marketing Director.
  • Ensure campaigns are always within budget, timelines, financial plans and meet all goals of the department.
  • Oversee all marketing activities for a variety of selected departments alongside promotional and consignment marketing via video, digital and email marketing.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Director to ensure regular marketing analytics and reports to desired departments are provided.
  • Ensure you maintain and develop relationships with external partners such as media agencies, video print suppliers, mailing house suppliers.
  • Supervise marketing design workflows and productions for your own projects and/or specialist departments.
  • Provide support for conception, organisation and implementation on any and all departmental events that take place.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and have experience within a similar position.
  • Digital experience required - coding emails, managing social media, and with a media agency.
  • Previous experience within managing online marketing campaign.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of art and luxury arena, preferred.
  • Show you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong reading skills and editing skills.
  • Show high organization skills along with being a creative thinker and a self-starter.
  • Ability to ensure all deadlines are met.
