We are partnering with a Freight Forwarder seeking an Ocean Pricing Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and operations team to manage opportunities by sourcing pricing in accordance with the company's main products (ocean, air, road)
• Provide customer quotes and negotiation with providers
• Responsible for following up on bookings and communicating with customers, agents and suppliers worldwide
• Direct communication with customers and seek solutions to any problems
• Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements
• Quoting DAP, DDP, DDU nationwide
• Providing quotes to clients and customers
• Publish the tariff and maintain the tariff database

Skills Required;

• Inside sales/ pricing within logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of local carriers and you have developed an extensive network of local haulers, shipping agencies and other logistic suppliers
• Pro-active attitude and are always solution-oriented
• PC Literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills
