Property Support Coordinator

Job Description

Alchemy is partnering with a Relocation company, based in East Sussex. Our client is searching for a Property Support Coordinator to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will work with the companies prestigious clients, ensuring that their property requirements are met during relocation. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be required to:
  • Assist assignees in their home search 
  • Build professional relationships with clients, and assignees 
  • Proactively provide updates to the clients HR Department 
  • Advise on Tenancy law, and legislation where required 
  • Partner with Global Partners for Schooling, VISA, Furniture Rental and more where required 
  • Maintain a sense of pride with all work
  • Update the internal CRM System, ensuring all information is accurate 
  • Follow internal processes and procedures

Education & Skills:
  • GCSE or higher Maths and English
  • Experience with Global Mobility or Relocation Services would be advantageous
  • IT competency, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Letting Agency background is advantageous
  • Tenancy Agreement and Legislation Knowledge is also advantageous
