Relocation Associate

Job Description

Our client, a relocation service provider is looking to hire a Relocation Associate to join their growing team based remotely on the West Coast of the USA.

Key Duties:

  • Provide daily support to the relocation team

  • Input relocation and assignment information into the system

  • Ensure the system information and documents are correct

  • Liaise with assignees and external vendors as required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a highly customer focused environment

  • Excellent IT, administration, and data entry skills

  • Proven track record delivering excellent customer service to customers

  • Current / Previous experience working in the Relocation / Global Mobility / Corporate Accommodation / Destination Services industry is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with professionals from intern to CEO

  • Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Real Estate holder preferred however not essential
