Replenishment Manager

Job Description

We are partnering with a leading company who are currently seeking a Replenishment Manager to join their organization based in Nuneaton.


This individual will be responsible to determine what products the company will make available at various times along with the amounts of different items to be sold. This person needs to be detail-oriented and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage forecast and order exceptions for stores and DCs inside the F&R System Master data checks and maintenance
  • Execute new, discontinued, temporarily discontinued, reintroduced, and substitute product processes
  • Support store/DC inquiries about restocking concerns (these issues will be primarily communicated via the Regional Help Desk)
  • Disseminate information about product upgrades (e.g. new or discontinued lines, etc.)
  • Provide comments on master data/forecasting concerns to the Forecasting, Planning, and Purchasing teams (e.g. DIFs, parameters)
  • Organize and manage day-to-day supplier difficulties
  • Organize supplier purchase orders and stock transfer orders for stores.
  • Request partial inventory counts from stores and distribution centres as needed


Requirements:

  • Confidence and the ability to successfully communicate with colleagues at all levels are essential
  • Ability recognizes data patterns and draws meaningful conclusions
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to establish good working connections with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload, competing deadlines, and many projects at the same time
  • Organizing skills, including the capacity to recognize and handle priorities
  • Ability to multitask, be proactive, and work on one's own initiative, both in a team and on one's own
  • Staff management experience is essential
  • Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent
