Alchemy are currently partnering with a global technology firm who are currently looking to recruit a Scrum Master to be based in their office in Poland.

Duties:

• Continuously work with teams to streamline communication and ensure positive relationships.
• Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement.
• Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization.
• Methodological support (Agile methods).
• Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from development.
• Providing a support in work synchronization between particular units within the organization.

Requirements:

• Between 8-10 years of experience in working as scrum master.
• Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads.
• Experience in working with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge about Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster is a bonus)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions.
• The ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written English skills
