Global Mobility Administrator - Hybrid

Job Description

Our client, a global business is looking to hire a Global Mobility Administrator to join their Global Mobility team in London. This position sits onsite with a corporate client (3 days per week and 2 days working from home).

Responsibilities:

  • Support to the global mobility and relocation team with administration tasks
  • Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
  • Review cost estimates and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and track assignment documentation
  • Work closely with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax
  • Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and to assist with other tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in the International Assignment/Global Mobility or Relocation industry
  • Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Excel
