Team Lead, Client Services

Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader, Client Services with Global Mobility and Relocation experience to join our client in the UK. There is a requirement to travel to the office for team meetings.

Duties include:

  • Lead the Global Mobility and Relocation team ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources and information to perform successfully such as; client relocation policy information, service partners/supplier details, service metrics and expectations
  • Manage daily activities of both International Mobility and Domestic Relocations to ensure quality service delivery to clients and their transferees including; monitoring service levels & return rate metrics
  • Managing clients whilst building a proactive relationship, ensuring knowledge and understanding of relocation needs and requirements
  • Lead, coach and develop the Relocation team including; performance management, understanding and maintaining accuracy of relocation caseload reports
  • Serve as direct point of contact for resolution of escalated issues and escalate further as required
  • Liaising with colleagues and service partners to ensure the successful delivery of a quality global and domestic relocation service

Experience required:

  • Extensive experience in both Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation 
  • Strong staff management skills and direct experience in leading relocation operations teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and domestic relocation services
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
