We’re currently searching for a highly organised and motivated Warehouse Manager to coordinate the warehouse operations for a Moving and Storage company based in Pompano Beach, FL.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth running of the warehouse, organisation and tidiness.
  • Coordinating staff and inventory control duties, handling and recording all available resources necessary for daily Moving operations.
  • Ensuring that all products to be distributed are ready on time.
  • The promotion of a positive health and safety work culture.
  • Occasional staff performance reviews, identifying shortcomings and plans for improvement.
  • Some administrative duties, inputting freight data into company software.
  • Organizing the warehouse as necessary to account for received goods.
  • Some loading and offloading of containers may be required.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years previous experience with Warehouse Management or other relevant industry experience.
  • Extremely organised, must have the ability to prioritize.
  • Previous knowledge of shrink wrapping will be advantageous.
  • Expert communicator, able to liaise with a variety of different people.
  • Technologically proficient, familiarity with Moving software and MS Office applications.
  • Flexible attitude, willing to work outside of hours/weekends during busier periods.
