An exciting opportunity to join a leading moving company in Orlando, FL has become available.

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the large facility including property maintenance and upkeep programs.
  • Supervising inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Dealing with the inspection of local equipment and maintaining appropriate records relating to warehouse activities.
  • Manage warehouse budgets and expenses.
  • Running training program's for forklift operation, packing/loading and warehouse safety.
  • Directing of drivers to proper unloading location.
  • Auditing of documentation for shipment.
  • Verifies bill of lading items against stored inventory prior to release to designated driver.
  • Investigates any claim situations.
  • Scheduling and documentation of inbound/outbound daily moving warehouse assignments.
  • Providing to all production employees training in completing logbooks, packing, forklift certification and road testing of new drivers.
  • Maintaining low claims ratio with excellent warehouse management skills.
Warehouse Manager Requirements:
  • Previous Warehouse Management within the Moving and Relocation industry.
  • Experience of managing a team and implementing and developing new processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift heavy goods and knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
