Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and drive brand awareness.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English.
