Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales, project managers, and operations throughout the relocation process
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and face?to?face meetings
- Provide timely status updates, resolve client issues, and escalate concerns to management when needed
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Schedule move dates, crews, trucks, and equipment for commercial relocations
- Confirm service orders, scope of work, special requirements, and detailed move plans
- Track progress of ongoing moves to ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage, labeling, staging, and deliveries
- Prepare, review, and manage service orders, contracts, billing documents, and insurance certificates
- Accurately input job details, updates, reschedules, and changes into internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, DOT/OSHA/regulatory standards
- Investigate service complaints or claims, gather facts, coordinate resolution, and communicate outcomes to clients
- Collaborate with sales consultants, project managers, dispatch, and field crews to align service delivery
- Participate in project kick?off meetings and post?move debriefs
- Provide feedback, suggest improvements, and support continuous process enhancements
Key Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in moving & storage, commercial relocation, logistics, or related field required
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with moving/relocation or logistics software is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset; ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
