What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Selling commercial relocation services with a focus on office and industrial (O&I) moves.
- Meeting with potential clients to assess move requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Preparing and presenting customized relocation proposals and pricing.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement.
- Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attending networking events and local trade shows to build brand awareness.
- Collaborating with marketing to develop region-specific sales campaigns.
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Staying informed about competitors and industry trends within the NJ market.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial relocation or logistics.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a service-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial moving and relocation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the local and greater New Jersey commercial market.
