Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-country operations for household goods (HHG) and office & industrial (O&I) relocations
- Oversee all relocation services including immigration support, destination services, and move coordination
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and client services
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and international immigration protocols
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure profitability, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Develop and manage partnerships with vendors, third-party service providers, and agents
- Resolve high-level client issues and complex relocation scenarios with efficiency
- Align country operations with global mobility standards and client expectations
- Define and implement strategic plans to expand business in Saudi Arabia and wider GCC
- Maintain compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and quality management standards
- Oversee financial performance, invoicing accuracy, and reporting across country operations
- Build local staff capabilities through training in international moving and immigration processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the relocation/moving industry (HHG and/or O&I)
- Proven track record managing multi-site or country-level operations
- Solid understanding of immigration procedures and destination services in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Demonstrated leadership in operational, financial, and strategic management
- Familiarity with industry certifications such as FIDI, IAM, or OMNI (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
