In this role, you’ll be at the center of the global mobility and relocation services supply chain, ensuring our vendor network delivers top-quality services, remains compliant, and operates efficiently across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Partnerships: Build and sustain effective, long-term relationships with global service providers to support business priorities.
- Service Performance: Track and measure supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, and audits, implementing improvement plans where needed.
- Contract & Cost Management: Lead supplier negotiations, oversee contract terms, and manage cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks, establish mitigation plans, and ensure vendor operations comply with regulations, policies, and client commitments.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Client Services to align supplier activities with organizational goals.
- Market & Supplier Development: Research new supplier opportunities, monitor industry trends, and promote continuous innovation within the supply chain.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records, produce regular performance reports, and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on supplier management practices, industry benchmarks, and global mobility trends.
- Financial Support: Assist in resolving billing issues and ensuring smooth management of accounts payable and receivable with vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in global supplier/vendor management, preferably in relocation, mobility, or supply chain services
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor governance
- Proven ability to manage relationships across diverse regions (EMEA, APAC preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to travel 20%
