What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries related to household goods and office relocations
- Negotiating service rates with potential clients to maximise profitability
- Proactively working leads and identifying new sales opportunities within the moving sector
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s relocation services and offerings
- Keeping accurate records in the CRM and updating client notes accordingly
- Communicating client-specific requirements to move coordinators and operations staff
- Maintaining professionalism while managing client expectations regarding services
- Building long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Identifying upselling opportunities where applicable
- Preparing and sending quotations in a timely manner
- Following up with clients post-service to encourage repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the moving or relocation industry
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven approach
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
