Moving Sales Consultant - Singapore

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is collaborating with a well-known moving and relocation company in Singapore to recruit an exceptional Moving Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated expert with a strong background in local and international estimating to help a premier relocation company develop and succeed. If you have experience with worldwide move estimates and a strong understanding of the relocation sector, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
  • Create reliable estimates for both local and international moving and relocation services based on customer specifications. 
  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and operations to acquire the information required for pricing proposals.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive cost breakdowns, pricing structures, and service options.
  • Evaluate the financial risks connected with overseas relocations and implement cost-saving solutions. 
  • Analyse customs procedures, shipping logistics, and global relocation needs. 
  • Ensure that all estimates are given to clients on time and within the specified deadline. 
  • Manage the client's expectations throughout the estimate and relocation process. 
  • Stay up to date on market prices, industry trends, and regulatory developments that affect international moves. 
  • Keep accurate records of client communications and estimations in the company's CRM system. 
  • As needed, provide extra pricing and estimation support to the operations and sales teams.

What we're looking for:
  • Proven track record in sales estimation, notably for local and international moving and relocation services.
  • Excellent understanding of worldwide relocation procedures, customs restrictions, and international logistics.
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the moving and relocating sector.
  • Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving talents.
  • Expertise in CRM and Microsoft Office.
