Sales Representative – Cleveland, OH

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Create and oversee a sales pipeline aimed at commercial moving projects. 
  • Explore and create new business prospects in the data centres, hotel, healthcare, and aerospace sectors.
  • To guarantee client retention and satisfaction, uphold and cultivate current client connections.
  • Perform thorough needs analyses and offer specialised transportation and shifting solutions that are customised. 
  • Work together with operational teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Provide estimates and negotiate agreements for high-value equipment relocations and warehouse projects. 
  • Oversee post-service follow-up correspondence to ensure referrals and repeat business. 
  • Work together with management and marketing to find and seize new market opportunities. 
  • • Accurately monitor client information, sales activity, and forecasts in CRM systems. 
  • Participate in client meetings, networking gatherings, and trade exhibits. 
  • Stay abreast of market developments and rivalry in the commercial moving industry. 
  • Reach or surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrated sales expertise in logistics, speciality transportation, or business relocation. 
  • Excellent understanding of commercial moving sales processes. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. 
  • Self-driven and capable of creating and overseeing a sales pipeline on their own. 
  • It is very advantageous to have prior experience working with clients in the data centres, healthcare, aerospace, or hotel industries. 
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
