Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home and virtual pre-move surveys for residential and commercial removals clients
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on volume, access, and services
- Manage end-to-end removals process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the removals lifecycle
- Liaise with operations, packing crews, and third-party service providers
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the move including logistics and resources
- Ensure compliance with removals industry regulations and company policies
- Provide tailored removals advice and additional services (e.g. storage, insurance)
- Track and update client files, ensuring accuracy of data in CRM systems
- Resolve removals customer issues promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and generate referrals from satisfied clients
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in household goods or commercial removals surveying
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or HHG removals procedures
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple removals jobs simultaneously
- Proficiency with move management and CRM software
- Full UK driving licence
