Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with residential and business removals with in-home and online pre-move surveys.
- Create precise and competitive quotes based on services, volume, and access.
- Oversee the entire removal procedure to give clients a flawless experience.
- serve as the primary point of contact during the removal process.
- Communicate with packaging crews, operations, and outside service suppliers.
- Plan and oversee every facet of the relocation, including resources and logistics.
- Verify adherence to company policy and industry regulations regarding deletions.
- Offer specialised removal guidance and other services (such as storage and insurance).
- Monitor and update client files to guarantee data accuracy in CRM systems
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by quickly resolving removals consumer complaints.
- Get recommendations from happy customers and upsell more services.
- Attend industry gatherings and networking events to advertise your services.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial or domestic goods removal surveying
- Strong familiarity with commercial and/or HHG removal methods
- Outstanding client connection management and communication abilities
- Capacity to oversee several removal tasks at once
- Competence with CRM and move management software
- Valid driver's license in the UK
