Alchemy is working with a well-established Moving and Relocation company based in Dallas, TX who are seeking an experienced Relocation Consultant.

This is a sales position focused on generating estimates both in person, over the phone and virtually, meeting with customers and advising on all aspects of the relocation process. 

Responsibilities of the Relocation Consultant include, but are not limited to:

• Meet with customers either virtually or in person at their home or office to perform surveys and give estimates. 
• Follow up on leads and potential customers, including developing your own independent leads.
• Update and maintain the sales management tools and systems alongside other members of the team. 
• Complete all necessary documentation and make sure it is properly uploaded and filed. 
• Work closely with the move coordinators to ensure that the customers needs are being met. 
• Create activity and productivity reports, making sure that sales goals are being met. 
• Other ad-hoc duties as required. 

Skills and Requirements:

• Sales experience in the household goods relocation/moving industry. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Demonstrable ability to meet sales goals. 
• Strong understanding of the industry and its trends. 
• Ability to travel to client homes and offices within a 50-mile radius of the office.
