Responsibilities:
- Arranging bookings for air freight, ocean freight and road freight
- Liaising with customers daily, providing an excellent service throughout
- Main point of contact for customer enquiries
- Updating the system with booking information
- At least 1 years Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding experience
- Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- Strong IT skills
