What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for removals and storage customers, managing enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Guide clients through the moving process, understanding their needs and recommending the right removals services
- Arrange surveys, including video and in-person appointments, ensuring every move is accurately assessed
- Prepare tailored quotations that balance excellent service with commercial success
- Build trust with removals and storage clients through proactive follow-up and clear communication
- Coordinate every aspect of residential, commercial, and specialist removals from booking to completion
- Liaise with operations teams, surveyors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to keep moves running smoothly
- Manage storage requirements, specialist services, and complex logistics with precision
- Resolve challenges quickly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their move
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and customer interactions using internal systems
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service that reflects the company’s strong reputation in the removals industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in the removals, or relocation industry is essential
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence in sales coordination, quotations, and upselling services
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- International relocation experience would be beneficial, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
